Coco’s is a local favorite and serves some of the most authentic and affordable Taiwanese food in the Houston area! I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember, so I wanted to give them a shoutout. They have an extensive menu which includes rice and noodle dishes, noodle soups, dumplings, tofu, milk tea/fruit smoothies, and shaved ice. Most of the dishes range between 7-11 so it’s a really good deal for the large portions that you get. Here’s what I ordered: - Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken with rice plate (鹽酥雞飯) - Beef Noodle Soup (牛肉麵) - Shredded Pork and Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup (雪菜肉絲麵) - Dried Tofu (豆腐乾) - Milk Tea with Tapioca Lowkey, family-run, great vibes, and always friendly service!

Tasty, comforting, and affordable Taiwanese food, would highly recommend! Their fried rice is really delicious - rice grains are thin and has a great texture. I would also recommend ordering the rice w/ fried fish steak (which comes with some veggie sides and a soy sauce egg) and their beef noodle soup. All meals come out with good sized portions - great comforting home-style cooking.

We got the shaved ice and tofu pudding, both are plant based and natural! We have been coming to here for 20 plus years and the owners are always super nice and friendly, this is our childhood and it always feel like home. All the years passed by I finally realize how nice is it to have a place like cocos and appreciate so much that they kept Asian traditions and serve natural and plant based desserts like these

Nice place and had some good flavor The shave ice was nice. Needs a bit more ice or maybe a bigger bowl. The toppings were good. No mochi and the peanuts weren’t great. Nice young man helped us and served us. The chicken bites were good. It’s worth a stop.

Definitely Taiwanese style food and many delicious dishes will bring your home memories back to present. Love their dumplings just about right balance meat and chives veggies. Taste really good with vinegar and hot sources. Beef noodle soup is the best in the area to my opinion. Taro fried cake, meatballs soup (just like back home 新竹meatballs area), fried tofu, tofu soup ( 豆花)with sweet ginger sources and extra selected toppings, green bean smoothies and curry chicken rice and small dishes etc Food quality and portions are generous and not oily and not salty. Price is very affordable and decent Family operate with hard working and warm and caring to provide you with wonderful meals or amazing drinks that cool you down in extremely hot weather. Highly recommended this cozy and comfortable and affordable and delicious Taiwanese cuisine. It should be comforting your homesick.

This was my first time to visit this restaurant. I ordered rice with ground pork, rice with fried pork chop and crispy chicken bites with my husband. There all were delicious and the price was not expensive. It is worth coming for having a meal.
